Family Rate
Parents and children up to three (3) members of the immediate family
- Initials for everyone $ 425
- Follow ups for everyone $160
- Each additional member of the family $50/$30
Discount rates for pre-payment of follow-ups and on-call support for acute illnesses
3 Months prepaid – discounted 10%
6 Months prepaid – discounted 15%
9 Months prepaid – discounted 18%
1 Year prepaid – discounted 20%
Homeschooling families can receive an additionally discounted Family Rate.
